Train My Team is specialises allowing you to be CQC compliant, we offer a range of services from Online mandatory training to In house training.

Train My Team (TMT) provides direct training to healthcare professionals covering London and the South East.

Training is designed to focus on updating already learnt skills, teach new skills and to also promote best practice.

Our aim is to develop confidence and ability in employees but for them to also understand their duties and responsibilities as an individual whilst in their working environment.

Our courses are a mixture of theory and practical to ensure all the different types of learning styles are catered for.

Online Training

Step 1 – Contact Train My Team

Step 2 – Give names of all the candidates that will undertaking the course

Step 3 – Log in and password will then be allocated to all candidates

Step 4 – Candidates log in and they are ready to start the courses

Step 5 – Once Candidate has completed each course certificate will be emailed to either the practice manager OR

In-House Training

  • Train my team only use the guidelines set by European and UK Resuscitation council
  • Training hours can be accounted for as Verifiable CPD
  • TMT are cost effective and do regular market research to ensure our costs are competitive
  • Reference Manual to take home
  • Certificate of attendance and course contents given – valid for 1 year
